Vesting never has a buy-out. You either keep the player if he meets it, or he's a free agent. There is no buy-out option.

That damn IFA told me (this last sim):

I'd be foolish to sign on with you guys when I already have a legitimate offer from Winterfell. They've promised me a better package all the way around.

Got the same message from White on my 3/97.5 but didn't look at the pending offers to see he wanted more money. OOTP writers still working out the kinks

I don't think there should be a fine for now. Just fix the buyout(s), I don't believe it would have made an impact on their decision(s).

Yep, I thought we confirmed that was all working to lock levels?

Worked fine in my testing as I did 12 guys and it didn't release any of them.

Also like you said, some released and some didn't. Not sure what the trigger point is but will have to place the guys back as we discussed.

I've never used it in the past and never will and caution others to use it as it seems inconsistent.

I don't understand how hard it is to fix that feature after about 6 versions of the game now. Strange.

I am not even sure why they would add a feature like that that is very specific and not test it to ensure said added feature works.

It's a very specific feature that I would assume a small percentage utilize but with it being so targeted at doing a certain function its just sloppy not to test to ensure it works before releasing it in a live game it seems.

But I am not a game developer.
