EVERYONE READ THIS AND UNDERSTAND IT!!!!!!!
I have been notified by multiple owners the last 2 sims that they have withdrawn a FA offer and the next day they still signed. Corey even sent me a Slack message last night telling me about it but I was asleep and did not see it prior to the sim. I checked around and apparantly this is an issue at times. Due to this I will do this ONE TIME AND THIS IS THE ONLY TIME
I will void the contract of Leonard Hall, Hiroshi Yoshida, and Justin Kepler and put them back in free agency.
In the future if you withdraw an offer and you see that the offer is still in pending offers and not withdrawing YOU MUST NOTIFY ME VIA PM ON THE BOARDS AND I CAN FIX IT. OTHERWISE THE SIGNING STANDS AND THAT IS THAT.
This will be the workaround for this issue in the future and there will be NO EXCEPTIONS

I am about to run a one day sim to fix this so guys can make a final FA push. Please wait until after this to download and export. Sorry for the confusion.

New file is uploaded. If you downloaded prior to 7 am CST download again and make sure you have new file or your export will not work.

When I did the correction this sim Yoshida lost his comp tag. HE IS COMP ELIGIBLE!!!!!!! IF YOU SIGN YOSHIDA THIS SIM WHILE IT DOES NOT SHOW UNDERSTAND HE IS COMP ELIGIBLE. IF YOU DO NOT CHECK THE BOARDS TO SEE THIS POST THEN YOUR BAD!!!!!!!

Michael Collazo of the Cincinnati Brew Crew (RIP Rob) has had one of the most unprecedented climbs to potential stardom. Drafted in the 23rd round, Collazo was squarely a 20/20 player that most would have immediately cut. A product of talent change randomness (stats didn't support any change), he has seen a 25+ increase in contact, 45 in power, and 45 in eye potentials. Skeptics will be abound thanks to a shocking 25 Avoid K, but Av won't be complaining about a 23rd rounder becoming a 70+ player seemingly overnight

Impressive.
More impressive is 12th round pick Phil Conner on Cincy who went from a 20 potential to high 70s blue stud ace prospect.
That Cincy scout needs a raise!!

Saw that earlier... Obviously my scout isn't as high as OSA, but two absolute steals
Always felt like the game "helped" teams In a downturn, specifically certain ones finding stud IFAs more often than others
