not sure if you got your game Weiser, hopefully you did. We'll be advancing tonight for everyone who has a game left to play, so if you don't want your game simmed, get it in!. This way we'll be advancing again on Monday to get back on track.

If figured to give guys the day...there seemed to be about 4-5 guys that still needed to play last I checked...I'm thinking around 8/9pm est? Anyone that still cares to play their game need until later than that? not much buzz from the guys who haven't played yet...I guess I could advance now seeing that Weiser is probably already gone until Monday.

Sweet, looking to get back on the winning track. Just played a horrible last game.

Man oh man. Long story short. I took on a task this High School football season to broadcast the Friday night football games for my old High School. First off it is a blast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Second: It has taken so much of my free time getting info and stats it is unreal.

I would love to stay in the league as it will slow down here in a couple of weeks but if I could be put on auto I would appreciate it. I want to stay in but understand if you replace me.

Advanced to week 9

user vs user games this week:
Minnesota(champ) @ Louisville(pdr)
UAB (outlaw) @ North Texas (kdog) autopilot

Will advance on Monday around 10pm est. As always, if you need more time for user vs user games, let me know or we will advance. GL! Congrats on the Illini getting ranked in top 25 this week!

Update: champ and I didn't get a chance to play this evening before he had to leave for work (I got home later than expected). We have plans to play around 5pm tomorrow...after we are done, I will advance.

Ok guys, Champ and I played, but Weiser asked to hold off so he could get his game in still. We'll advance tonight though for sure.

Great game between Minnesota and Lousiville. The Cards jumped out to an early 21-3 lead and it almost looked like they would walk away with it. But a few turnovers and big plays by the Gophers and this one ended up coming down to the very end. Louisville just managed to get the lead late enough to hold onto the win. Crazy but fun game.

no rush, but when is weiser planning on jumping in there and doin' work?

i will try and get mine done too, was at work for two days, the second i didnt know was coming.

gg pdr we are just going through some tough times. The cpu screwed me on recruits last season so trying to build this team from scratch. I can't wait for my QB to graduate!

Advanced to week 10

user vs user games:
NONE!

everyone has a cpu game this week. We're advancing Thursday night around 10pm est at the lastest..then we'll go Sat, back to Monday.

good job getting your games in guys (not sure about magnum)..but both weiser and buckeye were able to play!

hey guys...i was getting my game in up 7-0 in the 2nd quater when i got bumped off the ea servers. I finished out the game and won 17-7, but the gmae file is not uploading. ill leave it on overnight to see if i can continue to hit retry in the am before i leave for OKC.

I cant wait to get the new ps3 so hopefully these connection issues will seize. This past weekend i ran some RJ-45 from the office trough the attic direct to the ps3 and im still having issues. I really thought running wireless was my big problem but obviously not. Only thing left to take out of hte equation is the ps3.

Well Tfan, everyone, i was playing my game, a thunderstorm came through and kicked my power.......needless to say i will be playing my game again. My apologies for the restart....i am willing to let it be sim to be fair if need be.

no problem guys...the servers went down for me tonight as well....(I highly doubt it's your ps3 tfan...the dynasty servers suck)

a random restart is no big deal guys, no worries...we're here to have fun. It's when guys restart each week...then it sucks.

I really think it's the NIC cause immediately after I restart the ps3 it works just fine. I wonder if there is a diagnostic I can run against the nic to see If it's failing. 2 years of travel with it prolly is taking it's toll.

It might have more to do with sony do work on the psn all day then the EA servers.I was kicked out of several different games and the store was even down for quite some time to.

Illi travelled once again to West Lafayette for the Battle of hte Purdue Cannon. This time Purdue was ready and made it a much more difficult game than it should of been.

The game turned into an offensive showcase as the two teams had 464 and 445 total yards of offense and less than 90 combined on the ground. Purdues Soph QB threw 33 time and completed 47 with 420 passing yards and 2 TDs. However, he was upstaged by Senior Eddie McGee who threw 23 passes completed 33 for 428 yards 7 TDs and 1 INT.

Aurelious Benn did most of the heavy lifting as he cought 8 balls for 252 yards and 4 TDs. His last TD, a 99 yard slant route after the defense stopped Purdue on 4th and inches. The stop alsp stopped Purdue from narrowing the gap to 42-41.

Illi moves to 6-1 (4-0) and looks to square off vs #12 Penn State.
