Really liking the matte more than I thought I would but I bought the glossifier.

Awesome part is can just peel off andstart over if iyou don't like or go just on one wheel for now.

It's all about the prep though. Super clean the surface, even spraying and not to long in one spot, and enough coats.

I fucked up the charger emblem as I used a toothpick between but didn't come off as clean as I wanted. Will be doing that over

Ok. So I'm not a car guy. One of my baseball players is looking to"dip" his car with plasti-dip. I watched a YouTube video on it because i was curious. Why do people do it? Really bizarre in my opinion

I'm quoting you quoting yourself. Anyways, plastidipping is an alternative to painting your vehicle or parts of your car like the wheels or emblems. The best part is that it is removable. The stuff peels right off when you want it to. It also protects the original paint or finish. I wouldn't do my whole car but some people do. I've thought about doing my wheels. Probably won't though.

Thinking of doing the Charger wheels that glossy black they have and possibly the grille.

The wheels seem easy enough but the grille may be a pain in the ass.

The glossy looks pretty sweet.

I honestly dont see much difference in the glossifier on the back wheel after 4 coats and 6 coats of matte only on the front. I know its hard to tell from this pic though as I couldnt get it outside as it was raining.

The emblems are harder than I thought and will try to tackle those and the other 2 tires tomorrow. Might start all over after my trial run today as I may go matte all around.
