An old Army buddy of mine that I played softball with for years will be the Side Judge during the Celebration Bowl on the 17th in Atlanta.

I have not bet on a single bowl game this year yet, this set of games has been so shitty so far.

I was telling Bama last night that I've watched a total of 7 minutes or less of college football this bowl season. Way too many bowl games that mean absolutely nothing. They could probably cut half of them out so we can start seeing much better match-ups. Unless it's "your" team, who the hell wants to watch two 6-6 teams play?!?

I've watched 0 minutes so far but as long as someone is willing to hols the event and 2 teams play and a few fans watch then have at it.

The expanded playoffs will help make more bowls matter but none of these smaller ones. It has just been small team vs small team over and over. I want to see mid major get shots at power 5 teams at least so it is somewhat interesting. I also don't blame the guys that do it but it does suck that basically all NFL guys sit out now as well.

Over the last 75 games, Kentucky's football team has a better record than Kentucky's basketball team.

There's been some very good games since Wednesday.
I enjoyed the Duke game but I'm biased. But, the Kansas-Arkansas game was great and Oregon- UNC was very good.
Oklahoma-FSU was very good Thursday.
And Pitt-UCLA was good yesterday.

I'll never understand the strategy to get so conservative immediately upon getting into FG range.

Where to go guys. I think this is the first year in the 17 years that I've been a part of the NDL that there wasn't one post on the boards during the national championship game. I'm guessing this may beat the LSU Alabama national title game in terms of audience.

Game was terrible.
As Herbstreit said when OSU/Georgia was playing, you saw the two top teams play then.
