No Laughing Matter:

Detroit, MI (AP) #2 Buffalo would take on the Toledo Rockets and wanted to go out not just win the MAC title but they wanted to dominate on national tv, said Sophmore LB M. Browne (whom had 4 tackles 1 int and 1 pd in the game.) Dominate was an understatement at the end of this one, as Buffalo annihilated the Toledo Rockets 66-0.

The Rockets were just overmatched in every facet of the game. While the Buffalo offense was impressive putting up 66 points the defense was the real story. Buffalo's swarming D only allowed 4 first downs, and 123 yards of total offense, the Rockets only crossed the 50 yard line twice all game. THe Bulls also caused 7 turnovers, had a sack and had 5 pass deflections. The Bulls defense was just 11 yards from finishing first in total defense behind Florida, and finished second in takeaways and points allowed, but did finish first in rushing defense.

On offense well what can you say they scored 66 points, Junior quarterback Alexander whom has been benched for the frosh a few times had his best game of the season completing 11 of 13 passes for 197 yards and 3 touchdowns to 3 different receivers. But the Big Story on O was no other then probably the most prolific running back in collegiate history, JEFFVON GILL. Gill had a season high 378 yards and 6 touchdowns, to lead the Bulls to a runaway victory.

Jeffvon Gill had a record setting year almost breaking all of ncaa rushing records, Jeffvon Gill set the new single season rushing record with 2912 yards just 88 shy of 3000. He was just 5 touchdowns short of tieing Barry Sanders single touchdown record. Jeffvon Gill is all the career leader in rushing touchdowns with 92 and first in carreer rushing yards with 6892 yards.

Buffalo eagerly awaits for the final BCS standings as they hope their 13-0 record and impressive MAC championship showing lands them in the BCS title game. Buffalo would be the first team from a non BCS conference to find themselves playing for a BCS title. Now let the debating begin.

- Minnesota hopes to take down 9-3 Kent State and use it as momentum going into the offseason

Game In:

Buffalo capps there cinderalla season with a 28-14 win over the Tennesse Volunteers.

Buffalo got a good showing from their defense whom forced 4 turnovers on the Volunteers O'brain Award Winner Nate Browning , 3 ints and one fumble, and sacked him twice as well. On offense Buffalo was led by their all galaxy rb Jeffvon Gill who had 4 touchdowns and over 200 yards rushing, while frosh QB Jones came off the bench and completed some big 3rd down passes.

With Coach Six's first BCS National Championship and some big name schools finally showing some interest will Coach Six head off to the big name schools. Only time will tell, but with Coach Six's all galaxy RB graduating and most of the OL and surely many cogs of his defense looking to the pro draft this may be the time for him to look to greener pastures.

What will Coach Six do ?
