I use akimbo rangers but I've really never tried to shoot anyone more than 10 feet in front of me with them. Last night, I tried to get Beefy last night from across the big warehouse on Overpass with them and only wounded him after letting loose with all four barrels.

i happened to look last night between matches....rocket launchers is like level 65

That reminds me to ask: this year, when you prestige, do you get anything besides the extra custom slot and a silly little icon? I've heard something about new titles/emblems, and also additional challenges that aren't unlocked during the first time around.

And I've also heard this is only true of the first prestige level and not any level after that (i.e. you can prestige once to unlock all emblems/titles, but after that you're just getting the new icon and an additional custom slot each time).

Confirmation? And I'd just check, but 99% of the MW2 sites are blocked here at work so it is rather hard to confirm information when I should be doing my job instead.

The shotguns are fucking Dumb. They really do need to be Nerfed.

I have found that I don't hate noob tubing unless they are all fucking doing it. If there are 3 or 4 players only noob tubing with scavenger on it gets fucking stupid.

everything you said I can confirm.....still worth it IMO...

For all of the new challenges and most of the titles/emblems you only need 1 prestige, but there are certain titles for each prestige level

I'm only about 1,000 points away from prestige mode guys!

Where are career challenges at? I looked briefly for them last night but didn't see them. There is almost too much shit in this game to keep it all straight.

Has anyone played against people who use the magnum 44 with the knife attachement.

I swear I played some dude last night that was slicing people up like made with this combo in FFA. The only map he didnt do well on was Afghan. In Estate the dude was making salad out of everyone in the house. I actually heard guys on the mic say they were staying away from house because of it.

Tactical knife, was wondering why it was named that but it just seemed to have less time in between stabs. Haven't had a time where I used it, but the UMP - 44 Magnum combo is pretty sweet
