I think he is so wacked out at the moment he hasnt wrapped his head around everything going on around him. I have never experienced first hand anyone hitting rock bottom, but if losing his kids, potentially getting fired from his hit tv show, does not flick on the light in his head to show him where he is headed then when he hits bottom I cant even imagine what that will look like.

I'm sure Charlie wont lose any sleep losing his job, he makes 2 million an episode lol. He was paying his crew while he had time off because they weren't working. Sucks about the kids tho but it's not gonna change him, he'll just hire a very expensive lawyer and win the case
