I know Daw blew it off but why is Wisconsin the home team. Shouldn't it be the higher rank team?

I can't hear the sarcasm on your post if there was any but I all I am doing is asking questions that I didn't know. Been here 20 plus seasons and really didn't know about sims notification(never had a sim) and home bowl placement as I believe most of my bowls, the higher team was home.

Western kentucky did not get a bowl bid?????

Cup championship
Bowl/BCS games
Conference title games
