And a bone headed coaches decision to go for 3 instead of punching in the GW TD at the 1. I played way to conservative against you and to be honest, I took you (and Clemson vs USC) for granted.

I was throttling teams that year and thought I would do the same to you but I made the mistake in not playing my game and it bit me. One against Mike was over before 1st quarter as I think I fumbled twice in the first quarter which lead to easy TDs and then I became a pick machine.

Im really not as good as my record states. The Cup though, I owned that.

i never really played Shel all that much during his dominant time, but you were the best i remember playing at their peak.

We need one of those ESPN type shows to simulate all the best guys in their best seasons in a big tournament.

How's mizzou doing?

Season 17 with UCLA. My first full season in the league. Won 11 straight games and was playing vs USC (I think it was Shel) for the Pac 10 title in my last game. I had a lot of close games and got many breaks. Came out of nowhere and everyone was pretty surprised to see me 11-0 including myself. Shel beat me pretty easily, and then I lost in the Rose Bowl to Penn State. Fun season though.
