If we all keep discussing like this AJ won't even have 25 teams to rank due to his rule.
Kansas State's 1998 season is still one of my favorite non-Michigan seasons ever. Maybe you can pull off something similar to that or maybe even better. I'll be following!BigStimpin wrote:K STATE IN THA HOUSE!
For the record, I did not vote myself in the top 25. Ohio State at 3-3 does not deserve to be in there.RB4SC22 wrote:I just find it funny that 3 loss teams, and teams that are 1-2 are in the top 25.. that proves its mostly either because of your team, or because of your name.
I tought those bonus points only count if the team is ranked at the end of the season.The_Niddler wrote:For the record, I did not vote myself in the top 25. As someone else posted to you, by the end of the season, it will all balance out.

However, by people messing up votes, they are potentially giving bonus points to some people that really should not receive them.
We give 5 bonus points for beating a ranked team if you are unranked. If both teams are ranked the winner gets 3 bonus points. It states this right in your coaching contract.
I completely understand that this will not make a huge impact on much, but people need to take this into account when voting and put the 10-15 minutes of effort in and vote realistically.
I use myself as an example. At 3-3, again, I do not believe that Ohio State deserves to be in the top 25.
So now, if I lose to someone that is unranked, they get 5 bonus points for beating a team that really shouldn't be ranked. [/soapbox]

No, its if they are ranked when you played them.
Also whats up with Wisconsin ranked #15 at 0-0.
