No, I've just hit a bunch of accomplishments and leveled up a lot of the cheap things early on before focusing on the big money items.

I've had two triple doubles, had a 5x5 game, etc. I also average about 3 blocks per game, just coming off weak side or going after a guy when I know he has to shoot (end of quarter, end of shot clock, etc)

I have 2 my careers going one the ps3 and one on the ps4. for each of them I bought a 10 dollar pack which gets you like 35k coins I believe. I used them to boost speed, quickness, hustle, and steals to get some cheap baskets. now im averaging 20 points a game as a 6th man in the ps4 one and 15 in the ps3 one. Both are SF but the ps4 one is athletic and the ps3 was all around player. Its been a lot of fun so far but haven't been able to get a game at the park to connect on either console.

Yeah, PS3 I went SF but here I went PF. Just easier to get baskets and get achievements tbh, easier to run pick/rolls, get rebounds, get blocks and assists .

Steals and breakaways don't happen often but the other stuff makes up for it. I did buy 35k coins for my first guy on PS4 (SF) but when the file got corrupted I lost all i'd done, I had like 3k coins left at that time

I see this playing out a few different ways - none of which will make us happy unfortunately.

1) 2k acknowledges that building out the robust feature set people are expecting is out of scope for 2k14, therefore deferring to build for 2k15

2) 2k execs breathe down this studio's necks and prioritizes fixing this asap. Given how much is broken, we wouldn't likely see a real patch into mid-late January at the earliest (i.e. holiday break, development cycles staggered, QA testing, hopefully some weekend work, etc). This scenario is highly unlikely given the overhead logistics from stakeholders - what will make this a priority if Holiday sales aren't hitting projections and somehow they decide it's because of quality issues.

3) We pick up NBA Live instead...

The NDL2 NBA site is still there. I don't see why we can't host it there. Esp since NCAA is done and dusted for the most part.

I agree let's just use ndl2 and run it from there. I haven't had any issues playing online.
