This has been one of the most inconsistent and frustrating MSU teams to watch that I can remember, and its not even their fault really. Lost both bigs to season ending injuries before the season even started, so relying heavily on 4 freshman which means lots of mistakes. The silver lining has been Bridges, that dude is a pro and is special to watch.

Best case for MSU is to beat Miami followed by a competitive loss vs Kansas. Worst case is getting blown out my Miami, which is also very possible

I think Wichita State can make a deep run if they can get past Kentucky (who I am picking to win it all).

This is the same kid that has his own brand out of UCLA right? I saw one small snippet on TV 2 weeks ago and was like WTF is going on here. Why would a university want to deal with this kind of distraction (because he is good yea I know, but hell)

Also, he seems to be a crazy genius. Bit of both, legit crazy/meddling dad. But also, what he's doing is creating so much buzz that as of right now, that's good for the 3 kids. Obviously, if he's still in the press making Steph Curry type quotes when his kid is 23 years old in the NBA, that could be an issue. But as of now, he's created an entire brand around the 3 of them, solid marketing.

The problem is that the middle kid isn't that good.

The youngest one is legit. The middle kid will struggle at UCLA. He's not very athletic and will be a major liability on defense. No more half court cherry picking for him will be trouble.

there are plenty of ways to monetize the kids, somewhat legally and without ruining their eligibility
