I have a few winter meetings topics:

1. If you sign a IFA for the full $15 million, you only get half of that amount the next season. Reason being that the players will want to sign with the good teams if everyone offers the $15 million. Gives a disadvantage to teams trying to rebuild and too big of an advantage to the top teams.

2. 30 minutes for the first round of the draft

3. Suggestions on what Shilo’s new team name should be. I have a good one picked out but am willing to hear others.

Should have just left it the way it was before, instead of these new proposals. if you have money, you want a guy pay up. if you dont manage your money right, then tough luck.
these are the reasons i think posts are down every season, too much BS rule changes, realignment.

Everyone has the $15 million to spend usually and if everyone bids that much on the same player, he will choose the best team. Seems a bit unfair to teams who aren't good. Just saying

Teams that are not good get that high draft pick. They should not get a break here.

Turn off IFAs all together.

Worst part of our league by far for quite some time and some have only been successful due to it.

Trust me, everyone does not usually have 15 million to spend. Not even close.

That half money thing we also can't do because there is not a way to enforce.
