AA for me.

AA. I think I am in same boat as kdog here. I suck on both, but would have more fun on AA against most guys.

This vote is a lot closer than I thought it would be.

Either or doesnt matter IMO. I cant really see that big of a difference from AA to heisman. Once everyone figures out the aggressive/conservative options defense will improve.

I have found those to be useless, unless I want to be called for numerous penalties.

Tackling and not allowing yards after first hit is greatly affected by this imo.

I just can not imagine playing more than a play or two on aggressive, I would forget I turned it on..lol

No, you wouldn't forget. You'd be reminded in 2 plays when you got your facemask penalty.

I am not exagerrating when I say I get a facemask around 40-50% of running plays if I put the agressive thing on.

maybe cause aggressive doesnt always mean better, sometimes mix and matching between aggressive, normal and conservative is good game planning.

I tried that when i 1st started scrimming with the game.

Same thing. i still get the facemask about 50% of the time if it's turned on.

I will NEVER use it personally, just doesn't work for me.

Closer than I thought it would be. Personally I really do think it a question not as many of us just focus on fun, and lets be real offense is more fun than defense.

In my opinion, by the 3rd or 4th game you will be seeing scores of 52-48 or worse if we play on AA. Defense is non-existent. And the game plan things do work if you use them on the right team and if you pick and choose. I have had so many user strips with only strip on aggressive. Yes I have gotten facemask calls, but as long as you aren't mashing the square button the whole time and you time it right it only results in about 2 or 3 facemask calls. Risk/Reward, that's the name of the game. Running game is SO Much more fun this year, actually can get more than 1 yard per carry...Just my 2 cents, Heisman is a better competitive level and games will be more realistic...

i am trying to put my head around the idea that aa 'is more fun'.

so some of you are saying heisman is too hard to score. so if you play on aa you have a better chance to score. well how much fun is it going to be to play defense and just watch the other team march down the field and score TD after TD? that doesn't sound like fun at all.

three seasons of AA would be torture. we all play enough games were heisman should be the default unless there is some major issue with the gameplay. and since there doesn't seem to be a major issue with heisman on this year's game HEISMAN ALL THE WAY!!!!

I am 100% in support of Heisman and here is why:

At first I was all about AA, until I started playing more games on Heisman and realized that it is more fun because it is more strategic. I find it very easy to run on AA...too easy. Heisman makes you have to work for your yards....you almost HAVE to mix up the pass and running game to be successful. I've finally got used to the passing game and I think that it is easier than last years. More importantly than ever you have to hit the open guy! Defense plays much better on Heisman that allows you to either stick in the game or come back from behind. The key in this is mixing up the aggressive/normal/ AND CONSERVATIVE game plan. I've been changing them up constantly throughout each game and each situation allows for a different approach.

If it's about fun...to ME, that is the fun part...strategy. I've played games on Heisman that would end in a 13-10 score (both A- teams) and even ones that ended in 34-0. (B vs C- teams) I've noticed that team ratings play a bigger role on the Heisman level which is more realistic.

If this league is about FUN...I don't think I'm going out on a limb if I would say that 80% of guys here think realism is more fun than making the game easier to score.

Again, I started a week ago on the AA bandwagon..but played probably close to 20 games and will not go back to it...HEISMAN ALL THE WAY BABY!
