Are you THAT upset you pause a GAME and have to complain about something??

Coaches reports, use them. Thats what they are there for.

I have done this a couple of times but only not to dock them on coaching reports, not to bitch, but just to point something out that they probably didn't realize.

You guys are also Commishes...no one is going to question you even if you were the cheesiest players in the league.

If people are to afraid to question our game play because we are commishes, how is that on us? That is on that other coach who is not using the coaches reports properly and thats their problem.

And just to entertain you, I guarantee not every commish has 100% on their coaches reports meaning someone not "no one" is questioning our game play.

Sure they may not be pausing the game to do it but they are using the coaches reports the way it should be.

The immaturity in the way things are handled some times in this league are just hilarious.

He meant during the game or even after on aim, nasty. Not coaches reports. He meant they wont pause the game, or msg you after a game, and openly question your gameplay.

Did he specify that? No

Like I said, if you are afraid to pause, dock, or question game play thats on you,not the commish. What do you think we are going to do, boot you from the league? Do you really think that we think of ourselves so highly that we cant take criticism like any other coach in this league?

If you pause and question me throwing a screen pass in the 3rd season of a version, Im going to laugh. Not because you are questioning my cheesy ass, but because you paused a game to complain about a video game instead of using coaches reports for what they are made for.

Hold on man. I'm not accusing any commish of getting off easy or never getting dinged, and I certainly appreciate what you guys do for the league. I'm saying it is far more unlikely for a player to pause and openly question a commish than it would be for them to do so to a standard NDLer. And I'm certainly not accusing you, Shel, or Hoos of being cheesy.
