We did advance Monday night, so unless I hear from anyone I'll advance again tonight after 10pm or 11pm.

Sorry we did not get advanced last night guys, storms in my area made it impossible to get that knocked out in the limited time I was home. I should not have a problem getting it taken care of shortly after I get home this evening.

I'll be advancing to bowls shortly! Next chance of advancing will be Sunday night as I work the next 3 days and will feel like death the next few evenings when I get home.

Florida will play for it's third straight national title after beating #2 Alabama 24-21.

Bama scored on it's first drive, Florida leveled it at 7-7 midway through the 2nd quarter, and then kicked a FG as time expired to go up 10-7 at half.

Third quarter saw the Gators score after a missed Bama FG to make it 17-7. After a Bama punt, Florida got a huge run by Avery Richardson, a 66 yd scamper that got the Gators inside the Tide 25 and looked like Florida was going to run away with it. However, Florida went for a PA pass and the pass sailed, and was picked off just before it touched the ground. The defender then broke multiple tackles and took it 91 yds to make it 17-14. Florida fumbled the ensuing kickoff, and Alabama scored a few plays later to go ahead 17-21.

Florida put together a long drive to score from 1 yd out to make it 24-21 with about 5 min left. A great defensive stand by the Gators got them the ball back with 2:40 left. Florida gained three first downs on three runs by Richardson of 13, 10, and 15 yds. followed by a 9 yd and a 13 yd, as the Gators continued to run the ball right down the Tide's throats, as the interior of UF's offensive line had the upper hand all day. At that point, Bama was out of timeouts, and UF kneeled out the final 1:30 of the game and celebrated another SEC Championship.

Richardson was clearly the POTG, with 212 yds on 25 carries and a TD. Florida won despite losing the turnover battle 3-0.

Look at the 1st pic for the akron bowl game, it's funny. Looks like the guy is doing a cannon ball! or maybe a flip in the tuck position.

I wish I would've saved the replay of that one too. It was pretty awesome has the dude got decleated as he lunged over the goal line.

We are now in week 1 of offseason recruiting. Work will be kicking butt the next couple days, so I will try and advance us Wednesday night, but it might not happen till Thursday night.
