I think the last guy who got fined was Roggie and I talk to him quite a bit and he is the first one I go to when there is some weird OOTP issue as he has a ton of knowledge and works with the OOTP beta team.

Had no idea Roggie works with the beta team.

Roggie, tell them to fix this shit with the scout variances.
As has been mentioned several times, I get that 1 scout may see a player as a 20/80 potential and then another will see him as a 20/65 potential.
Or maybe the HR hitting where 1 scout may see a guy as having HR potential as 75 and the next sees him as having HR potential as 60, but how in the hell does one scout see him having HR potential as 75 and another will see him as having 3?
I mean, you know if a guy is a HR hitter or not. I get that not every scout will rate his HR potential as the exact same number, but it has to be closer than what the game does.
