I just saw an ESPN promo commercial for an upcoming Yankees game that actually attempted to use the fact that A-Rod is facing the longest suspension in baseball history as a reason to tune in. I hate ESPN.

The Mets got swept by the Dodgers and played about as well as you could. The Mets played great and the Dodgers just didn't give a fuck.

Replay possibly expanding.
Make a long gamer, longer. When are they instituting the pitch clock like a shot clock in basketball?
Managers will be allowed one challenge over the first six innings of games and two after the seventh inning until the end of the game. Calls that are challenged will be reviewed by a crew in MLB headquarters in New York City, which will make the final ruling.

The Dodgers are on the 3rd best 49 game streak (41-8) in the last 100 yrs.
its amazing how little people really care about baseball and how poorly baseball is marketed cause right now we have one of the best runs any team has ever been on and one of the best runs of any one player that's ever played in Miguel Cabrera and the average person would have no idea about either.

I tweeted Elias but I figured I'd post here, too.
Yesterday, Jonathan Niese got a CG SHO while driving in three of his team's five runs. It got me to thinking, when was the last time a pitcher threw a CG SHO while driving in all of their team's runs ... a complete complete game shutout, of sorts?

Did a quick search on Kershaw the last 3 seasons, every time he pitched 9IP and the other team was shutout, and I didn't see any of those games where he had all the RBIs, same goes for the game he hit the HR.
