Pitcher war heavily emphasizes on hr/9. Reality is most of our Sp's would be brutal pros as MLB Sp's don't have 1.5+hr/9 without being demoted

The bargain bin has been good to me lately with Jimmy Davis being signed as a minor league free agent that was released from his previous organization and now Park in Rule 5 last season.
Both players are similar in that my scout really loves their hitting ability considerably more than OSA.
