Gotcha, misread it. I digress
Zeke Elliott either just declared for the draft, or he's transferring. Either way, his little tirade--while probably accurate--is going to hurt him big time with NFL execs/coaches. You don't publicly throw your coach under the bus like that.

Congrats Weas. Came in there and smacked them around without Cook even. OSU didn't deserve to even be in that game late. You guys were the better team all game.
Thanks, but I didn't do shit

Good win for the team, best I've seen the defense play all season, played well enough to pitch a shutout if not for the two fumbles. Held OSU under 150 yards... Damn
OSU OC should be flogged. MSU defense was great, but all those QB draws and not giving the ball to Elliott certainly helped. It's like they were determined to do dumb shit.

Doubt it hurts him at all. It's not like he's a TO or anything like that. Just passionate. If you can play, you can play. I don't think anyone is gonna hold the emotional comments he makes after 1 huge loss only minutes after the game ends against him.

I said it the other day though, you have a back like him, playing in the weather like they had, he MUST see 20+ touches in that game.
Instead, you give a potential heisman RB 12 carries.
And about their offense, during the game they were talking about how Meyer doesn't like his offense and how vanilla they are, but you do what you have to do, to win ball games.
Ummmm...Meyer, that didn't work buddy.
They looked terrible today.
And I agree with Dan, Elliott won't be hurt by that.
During many games this season he kept giving the feed me sign.
He loves to play the game and wants the ball in his hands and a day like today, he is right. Give him the damn ball.

I actually didn't want you to win because I wanted Navy to knock them off next week (not that they still can't). Hopefully that doesn't piss them off for us!
Good win tho
UConn D was solid today. Houston didn't have their QB most of the game which obviously helped too

When you publicly question the playcalling, whine about only getting x number of carries, and then basically quit on your teammates....that's a red flag for character. Emotional or not, that stuff gets noticed by NFL execs.

If you an get a multimillion dollar contract after beating the shit out of your girlfriend, then I'm pretty sure they aren't going to care if you had a bit of a temper after losing the biggest game of your season.

The Cowboys are different
I don't think it will hurt him a lot, but I do think if he's being weighed with another HB (and let's face it, there are quite a few good ones coming out this year), it could cost him some money.

UConn Turning a corner? or just a nice morale booster?

definitely turning a corner.
we were in the fiesta bowl with Edsall and even ranked #13 at one point.
then they hired Pasqualoni it the worst hire in sports history and he tried to destroy the program. we became the worst team in the country.
then we hired Diaco from Notre Dame. hes got the energy, he made some bonehead decisions last year but he's got them playing better. after almost going winless last year, they are 6-5 now and in a bowl game. Sherriffs hasn't been great at QB but he's been competent which is more than we've had in a long time. UConn is the anti-qbu other than Danny O.
most of the team is underclassmen too.

The injuries continue to pile up for Notre Dame... CJ Prosise like out against Stanford (high ankle sprain) and Keivarae Russell could be done for the season with a fracture in his foot.

OSU's season has played out almost like the 09 season for UF. Both teams coming off titles, both teams loaded with returning players and both having new OCs who produced blah results.

Tim Beck is hot garbage. OSU needs to let him go now before it's too late.

i certainly believe in leadership intangibles in coaching.

But not in players?
That might be where the disconnect is.
