His career OPS is .724.

His 2 seasons with STC were by far the best of his career, and he was a combined .784.

He currently has a .338 BABIP compared to his .257 career avg.

Sub 800 would be 3rd on OCD behind 2 DHs. OCD should come to the AL next alignment and see how they fair with actual talented teams around them

He's never had a .300 BABIP. I'd bet my NDL GM salary of $1.6mil that he finishes the season with a BABIP below .338.

It is 100% unsustainable and lucky for Blackshaw.

I had a scout for 10 seasons that never saw a blue SP once. I am a firm believer in scouts hate and suck at certain things

My scout is really harsh too, i rarely see any blues, even greens are thin...when he does see a blue tho it is a forsure thing...at least i think so, but this is just my scout talking hahaha...and from what i see/hear from the rest of the league is scouts are sketchy, at best lol

It is not necessarily that they are sketchy, we struggle to understand why OOTP has have them setup the way they do.
To Billy's example, I can get over a scout seeing a guy as a 20/80 and another scout seeing him as a 20/50 overall.
Depending on if it is a Tools scout or Ability scout.
But where I struggle is how does one scout see a guy with 75 for HR power potential and another sees him with 3?
I don't think it is that difficult in real life to know if a guy has potential to be a HR hitter or if he is more of a contact or gap guy to where that HR potential number would be low.
