Not sure how LSU will travel without heading into the storm, unless they'd leave tomorrow.

If you're far enough inland, it's not that big, and you don't own, it is kinda cool.

We have tomorrow and Friday off from work.
We have a full liquor cabinet.
We have batteries and dry food.

The one year we are going to royally kick FSU's ass an actual hurricane will probably mess that up and make the surrounding effects of the game weird!!!!

Hurricane parties at USF were the best

My wife's cousin and husband stopped by the house last night... they are leaving for Jacksonville this morning. Just purchased a new home there. They plan on stopping in Tennessee/Georgia tonight, then seeing how it progresses and traveling in tomorrow. Nice little introduction to their new state.

UCF, UF, 23 other colleges, Airports, businesses, high school, parks...all closed.
But LSU, come on into town so we can play that game this Saturday!!!
I wonder who is ultimately making these calls. I feel like this game has a legit shot at being canceled with no makeup date possible. I just wonder if that's an SEC decision or Florida who gets the last call?
I guess best case scenario at this point is minimal damage in Gainesville and a Saturday night start time. Or I guess it could be Sunday or Monday as well.

You honestly think Florida is willing to move the game to Death Valley? Come on man.

In LSU's case that would be the best scenario as their SEC season is shot anyways.

Coach O got this!!!!
LSU fans are already flipping out, assuming the game will be cancelled with no makeup dates, and are up in arms about beating Bama and finishing 6-1 in conference but Bama winning the West at 7-1.

They beat a terrible Missouri team and fire their coach and they are all of a sudden beating Bama and into the playoff!!

Putting up 635 yards and setting the LSU record for yards in an SEC game without Fournette in the 1st game without Miles was basically the worst thing that could happen to a crazy fanbase like LSU's from an expectation's standpoint.
I'm guessing we play at least 3 more games minimum this season where we have that same stuck in the mud feel, but most fans think it's 500+ every game from here on out. IT's basically we're winning out, or winning out except for Bama for almost all LSU fans. But again, that's LSU fans.

I work with about 40 of them... can confirm. they are delusional. You know how shel gets when arguing? that's an LSU fan trait.

They were not like this before when they were just a pretty good, marginal SEC squad.
They got a little taste of winning, got a title in their trophy case and now they are Florida fans!!!
Kidding mostly as I only know Shel and he is pretty level headed and actually as Dave said is a doom and gloomer fan if you will.

Saban's fault!!!
I used to considermyself a realist with LSU football...but Les Miles and the LSU offense ruined that for me forever!!
