I need someone to explain Howard Chambers to me.... 
A 48 rated RP with basically two pitches and 68 rated stuff. Yet he goes 12-5 with a 2.95 ERA in the starting rotation.
Just go ahead and give Bowie the title. Let's move on to next season.

2. Extreme Groundball with a good defense behind him.
3. rWAR and BABIP suggest he has been decently lucky but nothing crazy.
4. Play for a 120 win team.
Same reasons (mostly) why Jose Moran on my team turned from an emergency guy due to injury to (hopefully) RoTY candidate.
