Richt in Miami today meeting with the AD, president, and board of trustees.
Job is his if he wants it I am assuming.
Offer reportedly for the vacancy is $4mil a year versus the $2.5 Golden had. Richt made $3.3 in UGA.

Amen to that!! Nowhere else in the country do you have guys yelling at you for cushioned seats like the good ol Orange Bowl!
The renovations are supposed to make Sun Life stadium the best stadium in the country.
After experiencing ATT Stadium, that isn't going to be beat.

Should be interesting to see how things shake out this weekend. Still a chance for OSU to get in if either Bama or Clemson loses. Will be a long shot though

Richt has told Virginia and Maryland no. Wife has signed off on Miami as a move they would make.
Miami met with him yesterday in Atlanta. $4.5mil offer on the table.
Kaaya has started following Jacob Eason, a #1 rated QB Richt has on Twitter.
I love these types of rumors!!
The hype train of Richt to Miami won't be stopped!!

Eason is amazing. Look up his highlights. Unfortunately for him, he fumbled on the final drive to push his team to the State Championship this past weekend. Lost 38-35. Mike Leach visited his house two days ago. Hoping he sees what Falk has done and thinks he can do the same in Pullman.

Every time I watched a Michigan game this year I would say to one of my three boys. "That Tight Ends name is Butt" and every time I would get a chuckle from one of them...

If he can continue to recruit top SEC talent, re-establish dominance in recruiting in his backyard, and hire some top flight coordinators we should be good again!
Perfect hire at the perfect time for a coach like him to come in. Miami normally makes the coach when we are good, not the other way around. Will be interesting to see how this works.
Home run hire.

Baylor was down 20-0 at the half. Their best RB Shock Linwood is out. Their 3rd string QB got hurt, they have no other QBs on the roster. They have a WR playing QB, who has never thrown a pass in his college career.
And Baylor has been unstoppable, scoring 17 unanswered in the 2nd half. From what I recall, they've literally ran only 3 different plays in the 2nd half. Wildcat with a running back. Read option with the "QB". And the QB takes a snap and throws a 2 yard hitch route. That's the only 3 plays I've seen them run, and they've scored 17 points on 3 second half possessions.
