The Dolphis are going for it in the off season. They will have a good team lets see if they can get over the hump and into the playoffs.

they go for it every offseason.
they got 2 of the highest profile free agents last 2 years arguably with Mike Wallace and Brandon Albert.
the Dolphins are a good team, but its hard to win until your QB can carry you in those close games. their D was already sick, Tannehill isn't bad, but he's not there yet.

MacFadden will hopefully be a serviceable back up for the Cowboys. Didn't make a huge investment in him so I'm hoping another move is coming. Probably via the draft.

I called this at lunch yesterday... (sarcastically)... my prediction was that the Cowboys would quickly sign McFadden and Mathews, then they could rotate them every week and possibly make it to week 14 before needing another running back.

Saints Trade Kenny Stills for Danelle Ellerbee.
All defense and running game has been our focus and I guess they're hoping Brees can make it work with anyone out there at WR? Or maybe Payton will actually pass less and be a bit more run heavy? Who am I kidding, no way Payton does that.

they are getting a 3rd back in return too which is probably more valuable than Ellerbe.
i like what NO is doing. Ingram Spiller Cooks Colston and whoever they draft is plenty for Brees if he has a line

Oh, I missed that part, yea I like the 3rd coming back. Apparently, Ellerbee had a lot remaining on his last 3 years of his deal which will also be reduced, so it does sound like a solid deal with more details.
I still don't like the Graham trade. I am ok with the idea of trading him and using the cash for defense, but I just don't think a center and 31st pick while giving back SEA a 4th rounder is getting back good value.
The rest, I'm on board with so far. It's pretty impressive considering 1 week ago they were in the worst cap spot in the entire NFL, $23mil over.

That may be good enough to win the division.
Who knows, the Minutemen approach may just pay off.

The biggest pick up for NO is getting themselves one of the best centers in the entire league.

LB: James Laurinaitis, Alec Ogletree, Jo-Lonn Dunbar, Akeem Ayers
CB: E.J. Gaines, Janoris Jenkins, Trumaine Johnson, Marcus Roberson
S: T.J. McDonald, Mark Barron, Rodney McCloud, Lamarcus Joyner

I am a Rams fan. They are my favorite NFC team. Have been since the Kurt Warner days. But I have always liked Eric Dickerson, Marshall Faulk, Isaac Bruce and Torry Holt.
And James Laurinaitis is one of my favorite NFL players coming from Thee Ohio State University.

If you've had your fill of the Eagles' moves, take a look at the Saints.

Maybe 3rd best in their division. But nfl wise you must be back on that crack pipe.

Katie Nolan wins the internet for March 16th, 2015. Competition resumes tomorrow.
You can tell Tim Tebow is a virgin by his unwillingness to give a new position a try

Is this like National Outdated Joke Day or something? I hope so. I've got some great Monica Lewinski jokes that need to be told.
