Growing up in the "And 1" era and spending the better part of my early 20s playing streetball... it's going to take way more than that to get into the 'best' conversation.
I think a lot of people forget how great of a passer he was. Same with Magic on a fast break. That Luka pass wouldn't make a top 10 highlight of either one

I'm with George on this, definitely not top 10 for Williams. I'd say probably not for Magic. There's a level of setup and crispness to what Williams did during his career.
Like I said, I love Luka, much like I do Williams. This one just isn't it.
For anyone, if you've got a separate screen to throw some background video up on while working, you'll enjoy this... 2019 Sit Down with Jason Williams
He says some things in here about today's game that I feel are really true. The way kids are coming up, everything is 'trained' into them. I think this absolutely applies to basketball, as well as soccer, in the US. Now that I'm more involved in the club soccer scene, it's glaring to me. Drill, drill, drill... train, train, train. Kids need room to be creative without concern of critique. Getting out of the robotic movements and into a free-flowing environment also allows them to develop their vision and anticipation. I had the last weekend off and watched a friend's daughter's team play... it was horrendous. The poor kids moving like robots to the same spots on the pitch, failing over and over to connect and not really thinking for themselves.

You are being blinded by the recentness of that pass by Luka. And nothing against Luka, he didn't even get an assist on that play.

You guys are funny
Also, the greatest pass JWill ever made did not result an assist, so there's that.

Kidd botched this one with the 4+ minutes of Luka rest in the 4th and the Mavs having bad possession after bad possession.
