Dl'd last night sim at 7am and it took less then 3 mins.

I can get the file between 7am - 2pm within minutes any time other then that it takes hours.

i've gone in and deleted everything in the saved games folder and recreated the NDL.lg folder then gone thru the process again. when i load the game it works, i can sign into my own user, then i even see the updated date and my team and stuff, i just can't export or try to download the newest file.

i'm assuming i'm missing something simple, but have no idea what it is.

everytime i click on the 'check for updated league files' i get Error:could not load file http://www.yourdomain.com/your-league/files/ndl.tar.gz

I can walk through it with you over TeamViewer Dave when you have time.

I won't be home tonight and available till about 11 PM EST.
Tomorrow and Thursday, I should be home and available around 8 PM EST.

I redownloaded last night's file now and it started at 8:19 AM and was finished at 8:22 AM.

Just to be sure, you're separately downloading the accountsdata_gms.dat file and putting into the NDL.lg/settings/ folder?

Sounds like Ryan's new routine is wake up, fire up OOTP and enjoy breakfast.

i can also help you out, I have Team Viewer as well and will be around anytime after 1pm est today

I'm not sure if my info helps at all because mine download slow at any time, but I haven't had a messed up file in a very long time (now my next download will be fucked up ) I just download mine when I go to bed or go to work, and come back hours later and it's done. Just trying to help the cause.

Last night, mine took hours, I went to bed. Woke up this morning to a corrupt set of files.
As I mentioned above, redownloaded that same file this morning in like 3 minutes.

I have the old NDL.lg and a new one, I am going to use a program called beyond compare and see what gets corrupted when it messes up.

Does Seeit have the same issues as you Niddler? I know the regional theory had been mentioned before, just wondering if you and him had the same problems since you 2 are close to each other. Seems like the Florida guys aren't having any issues.

I think downloading sims in the lovely 72 degree weather really helps!!!

Information and data just seem to flow better through cables in temps above 70 degrees

If nothing else, we've proved that theory without a doubt.

PNW hasn't had a ton of issues. I just don't sit and watch the paint dry in the evening, so don't know if it takes awhile or not.

yes, i put it in my winzip thingy then drag it across to the settings folder and then i add the .dat and i close it out

So my date on my file says March 6

I try to download the newest file....and it says that I have the most recent file

After two hours trying to download the file (stuck at 20%) OOTP shut down. Can't restart it on the NDL league so downloading the zipped file again.

That file, 161 MB, Google Chrome says will take 1 hour to download.

My speedtest result just now:
