I had about 3 or 4 guys that were green/blue that I wouldn't trade to guys. Now they are 20/26 and worse. fuck...
I have ZERO $$$.

Granted, I'm in rebuild mode and was trying to restock my minors which weren't the great, but the guys I did have that were blue/green are now all low 50/high 40 guys. Thanks OOTP 18!

Go through all the options that pop up and choose your "NDL.lg" folder, call your game file "NDL"
When it's done it will have you login and download the new file.
Easier than I thought it would be.
