He obviously puts in the time to scout opposing players and stockpile talent that other teams either don't see or aren't in their immediate plans.

Webs big on 'overpaying' for IC guys and then if 1/2 of them pay off like he thinks they will he has a stockpile of cheap young impact type players...

It’s pretty simple. He is aggressive in free agency, aggressive in trading, doesn’t get attached and moves guys, and probably keeps up more than anyone.

It is wild as I do rollover and half the league has tons of cash but won’t make offers to guys in free agency because they “cost too much”
