2076 Season Thread... Rule #5: The Ducks are Goooooood
Re: 2076 Season Thread... Rule #5: The Ducks are Goooooood
i wouldn't say its anyone specifics 'fault'
He obviously puts in the time to scout opposing players and stockpile talent that other teams either don't see or aren't in their immediate plans.
Webs big on 'overpaying' for IC guys and then if 1/2 of them pay off like he thinks they will he has a stockpile of cheap young impact type players...
He puts in the work

It’s pretty simple. He is aggressive in free agency, aggressive in trading, doesn’t get attached and moves guys, and probably keeps up more than anyone.
It is wild as I do rollover and half the league has tons of cash but won’t make offers to guys in free agency because they “cost too much”

I saw him setting up for this and it was not a need for me but i said if he gets quinn its really over. My offer was alittle more money but a team option 4th year. Love him or hate him. Guy puts the work in.

Quinn is famous for playoff choke jobs. He is the NL Robert Anderson. This is a good thing

Not at all, nobody is thinking his team was created

Re: 2076 Season Thread... Rule #5: The Ducks are Goooooood
By "created" do you mean artificially enhanced? I believe the game does have steroid storylines.

Re: 2076 Season Thread... Rule #5: The Ducks are Goooooood
Hey guys,
Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Patrick Farrell and I will be taking over the Houston franchise. I've been playing OOTP for years and love the game especially for a baseball nerd. However, I've never been in an online league before so I'm excited to see how this differs from the standard OOTP experience.
I work with Dan so that's how I found out about the league. I'm looking forward to playing in this league. Feel free to reach out with any trades I'm always open for business.
