I pretty much won a fantasy game because the other guy had Welker, PPR league, and I had Marshall and Brown. Without all those ugly turnovers, Welker likely gets more receptions and I lose. Looks like I am going to win by 6 points when we both have over 200 fantasy points

reports flying that Patriots are trading Randy Moss to Vikings

deal is basically done, just waiting for Vikings to work on extension for him

I heard this, too. I am anxious to see the return. Jared Allen?!

are you joking?

in return will be draft picks and a backup white fullback or some shit... they will go from like 14 picks next draft to 16.

What'd the Pats give up to get Um, hello Moss?

Sure it's a different situation, but he's still in his final year of his contract and teams know he probably won't land back in NE.

I highly doubt the asking price will be Jard ALlen.

my guess is a 2nd and 5th round pick

and thats too much to give up for him imo.

i think he's worth a 3 at this point in his career.

I'm not sure if he'd be a 2010 rental only, but he'd be a terrible fit in Minny if he's there any more than this season.

If Favre is done after this year, or if he finally really starts his downward slide in his career consistently, Moss would be a huge malcontent in Minnesota without a QB to throw him the ball.

If it's a 1 year rental, you can't be giving up much. And no matter what the deal is, you don't give up Allen. Trendon, you're better than that.

the only reason the deal isnt final is because they are working on an extension for him

Gotcha. Haven't read anything on it.

Guess I'll have to see what they give up, but it's just not a good fit at all beyond this year, IMO.

This would be awesome. Randy Moss is the reason I started liking the Vikings. Favre apparently loves the guy too. I remember when he pushed hard for GB to sign him.
