It may be somewhat normal, but is there a precedent for the away team giving up a home game due to their road game being postponed?
How do you figure Florida botched it last weekend?
Foley had the entire week to make contingency plans but was quoted as stating Sunday or Monday was never an option for him, despite LSU offering to come on Sunday or Monday. Given the great weather those 2 days, there was no reason to not leave that as an available option.

I don't see LSU competing for West this year but Florida has a shot of winning east if they can beat who they are suppose to beat and beat two good teams in Georgia and Ark. if they didn't play LSU that would have made it a hell of a lot easier. All assuming Bama wins tomorrow and UT has two losses. Tennessee fans were very concerned a 6-1 Florida slides in SEC title game. I don't think Florida wins out but we will see.
There won't be a comeback today. Bama is the better when we are healthy. Down 6 starters on D and 3 starters on the O line..... we are about to get housed.

You can't make contact with the opposing team until 10 yards is the rule I believe. Miami was hit way before the 10 yards it seemed. But yes the guy himself played it perfectly.
