Foot injuries are no joke (ask Corey!), and theyre only intensified in a sport like basketball where cutting/jumping is so prevelant

We're at least a month away from the hype starting to generate, but this NBA draft class looks really good. It's been a long time since I've been excited about the talent in the draft. Normally there are 2-4 guys that I feel will have a good impact in the league (obviously some fail and some blow up). I think there are at least 7-8 double-digit scorers, not counting Cauley-Stein, who is borderline 10ppg potential, but a defensive stud (DeAndre Jordan).

Unless the Pelicans pull off a mini-miracle to overtake OKC, all I'm worried about at this point is the 2-7 CLE-MIA matchup in the 1st round happening.

The West, who cares. After 1-8, those other 3 matchups and the entire Western Conf playoffs are going to be insane.

Out of the mess of teams from the 6th spot down to Charlotte, Miami has the easiest schedule imo. They are battling some nagging injuries, which could hold them back, but I think they end up taking the 6th spot from Milwaukee. I really wanted to see Paul George come back for the Pacers and give them an end of the season push, but he still hasn't been cleared. He says he's ready. Indiana has been really bad the last 2 weeks, losing 7 of their last 9. They've still got a shot at making it, but it looks to be fading away. They have Brooklyn tomorrow and Boston on Wednesday, which could make/break their playoff hopes.

Has there been a concrete reason that LeBron hasn't been wearing his headband?

Seems kind of odd for the lighbulb to go off or whatever you wanna call in this fashion, but during the past month, Anthony Davis has had 5 assists in 5 of his 11 games. He had 5 assists a game once in his previous 179 games.

I know, riveting stuff for a 9th seeded team, please not everyone reply at once!

Heyyyy, most people I meet have never heard of Biddy basketball, it's pretty huge back in South Louisiana, or at least it was when i was a kid.

Paul George played 15 minutes yesterday in the Pacers beatdown of the Heat. That's a big win for Indiana as they try to fight for a playoff spot. Their now 1 game back of 7 Brooklyn and 8 Boston, while being tied with the Heat, just outside of the playoffs. Indiana's remaining games are @ NYK, @ Det, vs OKC, vs Was and @ Mem.
