I heard it wasn't necessarily Penn's interview, but el Chapo was shopping a movie about his life and calling actors and actresses, and somehow word got out. Could have been Penn, I guess also coulda been from one of the others he contacted.

Did you read the article with his quotes?
I simply find it disgusting that he takes "comfort" in anything about El Chapin or that he wants to imply that the American public is complicit in anything related to Chapo.
