i like that the right call ended up, im not crazy about how it got there. Like I told Dave, Matheny's argument has to be.....how is overturning that any different than overturning a basic safe or out play at 1st. it would never happen.
Wouldn't be surprised if matheny protests.....not that anything will come of it.
so stupid baseball is old fashioned and doesn't use replay on shit like that

That had to be the worst the Cards could play, right?
Errors, bad pitching, leaving a ton of runners on base.
Huge game tonight. If the Cards steal one with Wacha on the mound they get 3 in a row in St.Louis with a weaker Red Sox lineup with no DH.
In other news,Bucholz pushed back to Game 4 as he has shoulder stiffness. Another dude made of glass.

Not sure how many more gems Wacha has in him.
It's getting almost silly at this point.
In his last 4 starts, he's gone 29.2 innings and given up 9 hits and 1 run.
