I know it's a bad matchup for the Heat, but that's nuts.
Has to be close. For all of the talk of lack of athleticism and such, he's looked decent running the pick & roll and shown very good footwork adjusting in the paint.
He's a flabby, awkward shit talker that is exploiting a very small Miami team.
I cant stand him or West.

Yeha Hibbert is annoying. I like West though. He's the type guy the Heat need inside instead of Bosh

Bosh wants nothing to do with either of them.
He is the invisible man inside.

I honestly have no idea what's going to happen tonight. I expect LeBron to have at least 30 and 10. The Pacers will probably have their usual balanced contributions. If someone on the Heat steps up and gives LeBron some help they'll win. If not, I think the Pacers can win. Either way, I expect a close game with at least two T's.

I think I'm going to try to turn in my final paper and skip out of class early tonight. I believe I'm developing runny nose and scratchy throat as I type this.

- Didn't get my degree after school.
- Boss is ready to retire.
- Silly piece of paper helps secure that position.
- Have the time to fit it into the schedule, so why not? (Actually considering going on after I get my 4yr)

I dont know much about San Antonio but do they have the bigs to Pacer them if Miami moves on?
I am sure they are watching the hell out of these games for scouting but you cant change who you are as a team completely in the Finals.
From who I know, San Antonio presents a better match up for the Heat even though they will still be a tough series.

5.7 mil on Miami and the line doesnt move

.. i wish i could just lose 5.7 million on a square bet
if Miami plays like this vs the Spurs itll be a 4-0 sweep of the Heat.

well given that the Pacers are 5-4 vs the Heat this year i'd say its fair to say just about anyone is a better matchup.
San Antonio is the best offensive team that Miami will have played this postseason by a lot. Defensively the Spurs are underrated and very good, statistically better than Miami over the regular season.
They aren't nearly the rebounding team Indiana is, then again, nobody is but they are a better team and can actually beat the Heat when the Heat are also playing good... something no other team the Heat have played can say.
Heat are still the better team and if they play par and San Antonio plays par the Heat will win. but probability and actuality don't always line up.
lets worry about the Pacers tonight first, even tho Floyd locked it up!

You're right, you're right.
I was already locking it up and preparing mentally for staring at Ginobli's nose and dealing with Duncan whining after each trip down the court.
Back to the fighting Larry Birds first.

If Duncan plays like he did vs. GSW, then they'll be trouble for Miami. Leonard's D is similar to George's D. SA/Ind have quite a few similarities. The one issue I see for SA is that they don't get to the basket like Ind and they seem to kick it around the perimeter a bit more. There's a big difference with a 7'2 280lbs Hibbert is playing like he has been, vs. Duncan though. I could see Bosh/Anderson/Haslem having more success against Duncan.
As for Hibbert, there's an interesting trend in his stats. In early March, he statistically seemed to start taking his game to another level and he steadily improved all the way into this series. The only time he really ran into issues was when he was facing Tyson Chandler. It all could be pure coincidence, but maybe there's something more to it. A change in team philosophy, his personal approach or something.
