I honestly haven't tracked either too well, but who has had the better career so far Mariota or Winston?

Odd play in the Steelers game... I think the refs got it right though.

Manning is passing over the middle... but it's hard to tell if he's throwing to the TE or WR. The TE is running a slant, the WR running a post over top. Mike Mitchell lit up the TE on the slant while the ball went over his head. Initially they threw a flag, but I think Mitchell really couldn't tell who the ball was going to and just tried to make a play.
