Once again you prove multiple times, in one post, that you know nothing about college football.

If we had 0 athletes capable of winning in this league, then we wouldn't have lost at South Carolina by 7 points. It's difficult for an offense to do much when your starting QB goes down on the first drive, and the majority of your good players are freshmen or play on defense. But you're right....guys like Avery Williamson, Z'Darius Smith (who is among the national leaders in sacks), and Bud Dupree are just garbage.

And I'm pretty sure Bama has had some other rough games vs the SEC this year, and won them all.

Jsence always talks about how hard this team plays.

If they're playing hard tonight, Lord help them. That is an awful, awful football team.

They are playing hard....but they're also flat out exhausted, anybody familiar with this team can see it. Playing hard isn't always enough. The talent will improve next year as guys like Hatcher and Timmons get more experience, and we bring in the loaded class we have.

This is a team that is playing it's fourth ranked team in a row (third in three weeks, all SEC) and is coming off a game where they threw it all on the field in the 2nd half. They're also playing without their starting QB, starting corner, and now starting safety vs the best team in the nation.

Don't forget Shel, a few years ago we went to LSU and lost 49-0 in one of the worst performances I've ever seen....and then we won 12 of our next 13 games, including an upset of #1 LSU ;-) to move us into the top 10.

Defends team I say is incapable of winning using a loss. Brilliant.

If you want to say the TEAM can't win, fine.

For you to say we have "0 athletes capable of winning in the SEC", you're a fucking moron. But most people in here already know that.

Name one person on that team that would start on another SEC team not named Vandy or from the state of Mississippi. Answer- none.

I am still curious as how bama played horrible that first half. Turnovers are bad. A couple of drops. I mean shit if that horrible play then auburn hasn't played worth a shit since the days of Vincent.

Z'Darius Smith, DE (16th in nation in sacks w 4.5)
Avery Williamson, LB (2nd leading tackler in SEC)
Bud Dupree (along with Williamson was third team All-SEC preseason--meaning he was considered the 5th best DE in the entire conference)

I'm also pretty sure that DT Mister Cobble, and freshman stud recruits DE Jason Hatcher and HB JoJo Kemp (#10 all-purpose HB in the nation) could find a starting spot on some team in the SEC.

You realize the only person who thought Bama played "horrible" is

1) a guy who dislikes Bama
2) a guy who knows nothing about college football

Just saying, if you turn it over twice, have bad drops, actual football teams will take advantage. See beginning of aTm game. You can overcome it when you have the talent bama does on d. Offense isn't as consistent as it has been the past couple years. Not saying they aren't good. Just used to seeing better, especially against garbage teams.

Turnovers are bad but where those turnovers were would be tough for any team to capitalize on them. Both were inside the twenty. Offense had some drops but bama still gonna have close to 600 yards of offense. Only thing concerning me regarding bama is injuries. Even still bama is deep and playing well. Just not flashy but they still put up their numbers offensively.
