Mine is going to be a 20/20 OSA but my scout, who is supposed to be one of the best, sees 20/80....

Sometimes yes, but typically requires you to go a minimum of say 25, maybe even 50% over their demand amount... Then again we haven't seen how they react on 17 yet

The draft has 31 players rated 61 or higher then 50 players rated 50-59 by my scout.

10 rated above 61 by my scout, then another 10 50-59. Wild differences.
