Mine is going to be a 20/20 OSA but my scout, who is supposed to be one of the best, sees 20/80....

Sometimes yes, but typically requires you to go a minimum of say 25, maybe even 50% over their demand amount... Then again we haven't seen how they react on 17 yet

Also, the 2 rating is from OSA, so is Nick trusting OSA more than his own scout's rating? Yikes.
