I’d guess yes. Someone who went all out for it and went too far financially and then was screwed. I doubt we have had one that has essentially brought back the same team like Edmonton at the moment.

Almost certainly, though I can’t think of an example off the top of my head. Maybe one of George’s or old Seattle where they kinda pushed all in?

Boston did it twice.

Won it against Toronto in 2041, didnt make it in 2042.

Won it against OCD in 2055, didnt make the playoffs in 2056.

SP Dave Marks was supposed to make his season debut this last sim. Apparently my manager decided against it and he stayed in the pen....

But at least my bats are continuing to be abysmal! Wait, that's not something to celebrate.
