Leave it off. Sony said it's the best thing to do right now.

This is very strange. I was able to use netflix last night and watch lost, season 3 without any problems. So the problem is not with connecting to the internet, it has to be connecting to the PSN network.

Here is from CNN.com

Someone stated that changing their date/time manually fixed it, I can tell you I tried that with no luck.

Someone else stated that pulling the batter works, but you have to open the system to do that and I am not going to do that.

If it isn't fixed by later tonight, I'm going to man up and pull the battery.

i've got a ps3 slim...who wants to run a scrimmage?

ok, just kidding. on a more serious note. i was talking to friends and discussed how big a deal this was and ps3 really dropped their pants on this one. with MLB the show and Battlefield coming out tomorrow, those two games are going to take a serious hit in sales. and the X-boxers will jump all over this. I would think playstation is going to need to send out some form of "band-aid" to heal this wound.

Just wondering...the fat boys are ps2 backward compatable...the slims aren't...I wonder if the compatibility hardware might be the cause?
