3 option years + with rule 5 draft you only have to play 1 season in the pros, then you can be sent down. I did the same thing that year i drafted like 10 guys in rule 5, I sent people like Todd Harrison down the next season.

off topic but you guys are nerds so whatever.. been playin a web based football game again. I wanna learn code so Im thinking about making a sport sim based website.. im considering basketball cause I'm assuming that would be the easiest sport to code (12 players, 5 on court etc etc)...

You shouldnt be worrying about scouts and concentrate on hiring a better trainer.

Yeah, I let him slip away. Didnt resign him in time. I knew he was in his last year, just forgot about it!

off season sims are borrrring

A foot of snow has altered plans this morning. Internet is out @ home still.

As of right now, here is the tentative plan...

- If my internet comes backup by 7p tonight, I will sim tonight.
- Tomorrow's sim will take place at 9:30a to give a little more time to get exports in.

I picked up my babysitter to watch my daughter at my house today, so I'll check back periodically to see if internet is up and if need the network reset, she can do it for me, then I can run the sim.

If for some reason I don't have internet access by 7p tonight, then we'll push back 1 day and I'll make it up by simming both Saturday and Sunday this weekend.

Might be the first time ever that columbus is buried in snow and it's sunny here in Cleveland. Suck it Reign!

We just had that storm here in Minneapolis. We got a ft ourselves so I feel your pain. Good thing it was a pwoder snow much easier to shovel. Still don't know why Inever bought a snow blower. Hmmm.

Yeah, had this been in-season or early FA, I'd approach it different and not run such a short time frame. But being pre-arb and not much changing for another sim or so... I have no issue pushing 2 sims out in a shorter period.

Besides, with very few trades yesterday, it's not too big of a deal that there isn't a file handy right now.

We need an immersion topic pronto

Internet is up. Have to do awards this morning.

File up. Email sent. Website after lunch.

Next sim is tomorrow, Thu, 3/7, normal time.
