My tank=awesome. I blasted the shit out of at least 50 police and army cock-fag cars and probably 5-6 cock-fagicopters. I only wish I had been able to get it to Los Santos Customs to see if they'd chrome it out for me; maybe drop it and put a set of 12 sweet rims on it.

It seems so unorganized and boring after about 30 minutes.

Maybe its just me.

It has some very real potential, thats for sure. But they arent really sure what to do with it IMO
I am nearing that point but not there yet.

Okay, so I have small amounts of time to play. Was able to get online for the first time last night. What are the tutorials? Are those the missions that the guy that I meet at the beginning has for me? Absolutely stupid that you have to go through tutorials before you can meet up with friends. Most people have completed the game already and they need tutorials to learn how to play online? Whatever.

I'm going to have Anon sent after me...or maybe I've got a hit out on me.

2 best moments so far

Dan hiding in a car as me and schoola get in a heli. Dan floors it and kills us as we are taking off.

Me killing schoola like John MacLaine killing hans grubers brother in die hard with a vengeance. I get a clean shot from underneath his copter and boom.

Some of the ways to kill are too hilarious. I got a hold of a helicopter and flew across the street from an Ammunation to a building with no access from below. I got twenty or so kills before I fell off. I could have gone on forever.

Finally had a chance to get online tonight. Was very frustrated for a bit because I didn't have any money or ammunition. Then when I bought like 300 rounds, by the time I got into a mission I had a gun that I had not been able to buy a few minutes before and no ammunition again. Then couldn't join a mission with Beefy, Jason and Peay because I had no money again. Grrr. Got to run a repo mission later with oldschoola, Peay, and Jason. I drove the car and Jason was getting so pissed at me. First of all, when you are driving a car and the passenger is saying, go right, go left, go up the hill. You lose your damn mind because those weren't the directions I was planning on. Needless to say, when I stopped listening to him I lost the cops. Get all the way to the dealership and schoola just plows into me, then it froze...sigh...

I wasn't pissed at you  I was frustrated that the damn cops kept spawning out of nowhere. I was trying to get you to places where we could just hide (parking garage, construction sites, etc)

So far it seems that my main motivation for playing online, aside from the hijinks and shenanigans, is to upgrade my car which is looking pretty damned sweet. I'm not sure what will hold my interest once I've topped out on that.

From Rockstar...

Given some of the recent technical issues during these first days of GTA Online, and now that things are starting to look much smoother (touch wood!), we are planning to provide a special stimulus package for all who have played or will play Grand Theft Auto Online this month. We will be dropping a cool half a million GTA$ in the GTA Online bank accounts of all players this month, starting as early as next week.

I still play. It's just not as easy to join a group as it was in GTA4. And once you're in a group it seems to be preferable to do missions than races. I've hardly done any races at all mainly because you can never get more than 2-3 of your friends together. But I still enjoy the game.
