It was a lot of trial and error trying to find him. I didn't think it was him since he was happy. I had that issue a couple of seasons back. Ended up being the guy with a good attitude and everyone else was pissed
The happy guy was the culprit. Demoted him to AAA and the team played better
It could have been coincidental that the team played better.

Not every player with low work ethic will be an issue, but that is the first thing I look for.

Can't say everyone I've gone after this year is this way, but I've been avoiding the low work ethic people as much as possible in this rebuild.
