I keep getting emails that everyone in the league is signing for every team. where do I turn that off or can you disable that notification. All I want is my team news only

kdog, when you are reading your messages, look below, there is a link that says News from your league, click the drop down for that and choose for your team only.

Spitters outscored by 50 runs this season, still as good as Sheltown and our positive run diff. This is becoming an annual tradition.
