Speaking of Clowney, I heard some numbers that show he's not playing nearly as bad as everyone is saying, teams are just completely avoiding him.
Before last game, teams had only ran the ball to his side a total of 30 times, and I can't remember the number, but on the majority of those he's drawn double teams.
On pass plays, when Clowney is in, teams get rid of the ball in 2.15 seconds, but when he's out, it's 2.65 a full half second longer. To put that into perspective, the 2.15 seconds is faster than any NFL QB gets rid of the ball this season.
He's completely changing the way teams play offensively in a very predictable manner.

That article is laughable. He's comparing a Stanford team who beat a 4-0, ranked Washington team and then lost the next week, to a UofL team that beat a shitty Temple team and then struggled the next week w a mediocre at best Rutgers team?
Again.....I'll take a 2 loss SEC team over a team whose toughest game might honestly be UK or South Florida when it's all said and done.
lol. Rutgers would crush Kentucky

Starting CB Nate Willis and starting Nickel Fred Tiller injured and status unknown for Miss St (Willis returned in the 2nd half because he had to; otherwise we would've been to 4th/5th corners)
Starting DT Donte Rumph hurt in 3rd quarter, status unknown
Lebby made a solid point about how you're not allowed to go pro until 3 years removed from high school under the guise of protecting the players, but then we turn around and let Clowney destroy much lesser players, or Bama who is a bunch of mini-Clowneys to play Bama...or even worse, a Miami playing a Savannah State.
Silly.
Yeah, Bama's team is full of grown ass maulers w speed. It's sick. God forbid you get hurt junior year....
"But they get a free education!"

Like they crushed 1-4 SMU? Or an Arkansas team that barely beat Samford?

To be fair, their best win is better than UK's and UK's worst loss is worse than Rutgers.

Won't debate that, but to say they'd crush us is debatable.
He also thought OU would crush Texas.
And this all goes away from my point that UofL hasn't beaten anybody, and won't before the year is over. They don't deserve to be in any sort of title discussion, in any way.

On College Gameday they were talking about Clowney and said teams are averaging at least a full yard per play when he is in the game versus when he is sitting on the sideline.

Before that class tomorrow you should write: "Manziel not Manzelly" on the board somewhere off to the side in the upper corner or something. Don't mention it or point it out. Just leave it there and give the student a pointed look sometime during class.

That would be great.
Miami looking like shit against a mediocre unc team. Thursday night game after getting into the top 10 as an overhyped undefeated team is a recipe for bad stuff.

Meh, UNC is pretty good, at least offensively. I know they are 1-4. I just turned the game on so I have no idea what was happening but it isn't like you guys are losing to BC.

They were playing very bad. Like the worst all season.
Morris has Jacory tendencies all of the sudden.
Dorsett looks out for a long time.
Duke has a concussion.
FSU may win by 30 against us.
