Wouldn't it just be feline Corona? There is also canine Corona as well.

Boris Johnson (UK Prime Minister) admitted to hospital. Seems the pattern is "feel fine" next day "admitted to hospital". if he or any big end PM/President dies you can put "worldwide lock down" at 100%.

Would be great if we all realized one day that all these politicians suck... All of em.

Article points out we faced an N95 mask shortage stemming from the usage of masks in 2009 during H1N1. Experts urged Obama to replenish the stockpile but for whatever reason, it wasn't done for the next 10+ years.
And at the same time nothing was done during the Trump administration as well to replace it. It's always easier to play QB on Monday. Hell, the WHO initially said the COVID19 wasn't transferable from human to human at first. Why wouldn't world leaders believe what the WHO said if they had no doctors on the ground to refute that. Looking back it was obviously wrong as hell, but that's the glory of being a Monday morning QB.

The COVID Tracking website has been one of the most popular pens people have been using.
Am I misinterpreting this?
https://covid19.healthdata.org/projections
First link shows these projections for today, April 5th.
Beds: 179k
ICU beds: 33k
Ventilators: 26k
Same website, actual data:
https://covidtracking.com/data
Beds: 23k

Ventilators: 612

NY Times Tracker
Really like using this tracker as it has the map, totals by state, county, trend, and per capita data

You obviously didn't read the article Shel posted and want your own slant to it with your eye roll emoji. You tend to forget that the house and senate were democratic controlled so there would have been no problem getting anything passed at that time. Your article is from a left leaning website, it would hold as much weight to you as if I were to put up a FoxNews article.
Shel's post said it was created in the 90's, dipped into after 9/11 and really never replenished after each time it was taken from. I wasn't saying it was Obama's fault just like I won't put it on Trump's watch either. Politicians (both left and right) never had the foresight to predict any of this.

I still can't understand people on my Facebook page that are saying this isn't that serious and it's just like the flu.
Flu (on average) is about 40k worldwide deaths a year.
Coronavirus is closing in on 70k in 3 months without looking like it's anywhere near slowing down/tailing off.

I honestly think it's relative to where you live at. In Nebraska we have had eight deaths and over two thirds of our counties hasn't even seen an infection. So here in Nebraska it's not as widespread as say New York
