I could do that! I want a bar that specializes in wings. I can make some damn good wings, just need to learn a couple of more sauces. All I have now is blister your asshole, spicy garlic, hot and a mild buttery sauce. I want to learn some different rub type wings.

Have your people call my people about our bar venture in Key West. Wings would go nicely.

I'll leave Florida to you guys. I'm sticking in either Colorado or going back home to Omaha.

I don't blame her. I think I will be a little freaked out as well that first time.

No, is that in Omaha? I should be back there in July so looking for somewhere good to eat at least one night. Always go to Lansky's for lunch whenever I am home.

Yes, around 168th and Center. I had been told that they were the best...I was skeptical...but it's not even close. They are phenomenal. Pizza is great too.

Is that the place that has the PB&J wings? Definitely going to have to try them out. Hoping their hottest wings are worth it

So as some of you know, I bought my first house last year. I am renovating my backyard myself and here is my progress report on reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/DIY/comments/4 ... ge_2_done/

Did you power wash already or just mentioned that you owned one?

It's a 4x thick deck paint I got at home depot, rustoleum brand I think. because I had to patch spots, and due to the age/condition, staining it wasn't an option so I went with this. It is very thick so it fills in a lot of cracks and issues which really makes it look nice. If I were to redo it, I would have used a spray paint layer in the deeper cracks/crevices that the paint wasn't going to reach. It does look very nice though and should last some time until I'm actually ready to replace/remove it.

I love home DIY. I am almost done with converting my dining room into my office. just need to install a new light. I havent even gotten started on the outside yet.

Looks excellent Ted! Are you planning on removing all the old brick as well? I'd tear down that old looking lattice as well and install a pergola or one of those outdoor tents with electric running through it for a fan and such.

power washed already. the first photos you can see how deep a brown it was, then power washed it and it was like super light color. I also bought a deck stripper/cleaner liquid that I brushed on to get in the gaps. I wanted to get it down as much as I could before painting.

no, the brick is staying. at least for the foreseeable future.

the idiots before me should have never put brick down. there are sooooo many trees in my backyard that even though it was professionally installed, it was never going to stay even.

Yea was going to say that wasn't the best idea.

Hang some of those outdoor lights as it changes the entire environment completely and feels fantastic for outdoor bbq's and beer drinking sessions.
