Yes it does concern me--I pick directly behind you and I've been kept waiting multiple times because you have had no decency. If you knew you weren't going to be around you should've put together a list. many of us have put quite a bit of time and effort into it, and you've kept holding us up and then complained about a pick that (even if you'd chosen someone you wanted) probably wouldn't have seen the floor as it is.
